My initial training and coaching in the real estate field came under the direction of two of the top agents in our office. I have personally enjoyed the opportunity to negotiate hundreds of remodel contracts and dozens of real estate transactions and I continue to pursue educational opportunities to improve my skill set in order to serve my clients better.

Originally from the Atlanta area, David started his career straight out of high school managing his dad’s construction business. After several years of leading expansion in the business, David decided to open his own company and began building a robust small business that serviced the entire metro area.
In 2009, after successfully guiding his business through the national housing slow down, David decided Atlanta was not where he wanted to raise his growing family. He began investigating other cities that provided the same opportunities as a big city, but had a “small town feel”. In early 2010 he moved his family to the Nashville area and began re-building his small business. He earned his Real Estate license in 2012 and as a result of his business background, David was immediately accepted as an affiliate broker with highly acclaimed Benchmark Realty.
David lives in Franklin with his wife and four kids. He enjoys getting out and riding his motorcycle through the hills of Tennessee, and hiking the Appalachian Trail. David is an active leader in his church and spends several hours a week coaching several entrepreneurs who are in the process of building their own small businesses.
